Kids especially Teens because they are growing up so fast , don't realize the fun they are missing because with our TOYS our Imaginations came Alive

Now one of my faves is quite dangerous but once I Learned how to use them and stop hitting People with flying balls  XD  they were really fun

lolz  my Nan used to hide them from me because I either hit someone

(usually my little Bruv who stood in fascination wishing he could have a go) or because I  whacked myself so many times  "ouch!" , didn't stop me finding them  XD

@Ser Those were marketed in the US as "Click Clacks". They are used by the band The Gypsy Kings as a musical instrument in many songs, and many South American "natives" use them in hunting.

To answer your question, you have to ask?

Darkest Serenity
@ Gun....... but of course what else could be your favourite Toy

I used to Love my Spud Gun , did you have those in the USA  lolz  they could really hurt
flying Potato pellets coming at ya at some speed  XD  Great fun , used to wait until my mum bent over and shoot her in the Bum   hahaha   well it was a Big target  :P

lolz  who needs rubber bullets
Darkest Serenity
@ GUN    How do they use them in Hunting  ?
They swing them over their head and loose at the prey. The weights separate then the cord catches on prey, the weights then swing around smashing it and killing it or knocking it out. See: Bolas
They had them here but usually people made their own.

My bicycle, roller skates and skateboard. Back in the day when you were gone OUTSIDE all day and only came home to eat, use the restroom or when it got dark.

We also used to play jacks. Or is it jax? We would play for hours.

For being a child in the 1950s, I preferred going outdoors with my scooter than staying at home playing toys like today's kids.
