Is it interracial relationship if an Eurasian date a White or Asian?

I'm half White (Swedish) and half Asian (Chinese). If I date a White or an Asian will it be seen as an interracial relationship?

I don't know what other people's views would be, but I would not see it as an "interracial relationship".
