I think you meant the failures of Obama and Hillary, Cowboy, rather than Trump and Hillary.
But however that may be, the Europeans share much of the blame, since they have been perversely doing their best for many years to give away their countries to people whose religious and political ideologies are flatly inimical to the ideals of Western democracy.
