Lol, Suyanto, are you forgetting that sweet (or bell) and chili pepper cultivars, i.e. Capsicum annuum, come, originally, from the Americas? And South and South East Asian cuisines used, originally, the black pepper, i.e., Piper nigrum, as well as essential elements like turmeric (or curcuma), cumin, mustard seeds, fennel, fenugreek, cilantro (coriander), cardamom, rinds of tamarind pods, ginger, etc., etc., depending on regional food cultures and traditions, namely various Indian and Thai mixtures.
