I only know about 3 of these robots but checked out the others too. Terminator seem to be the coolest one.

It certainly wouldn't be C3PO -- I know the guy they probably modelled him on and he's no fun at all. 

I think I'll settle on R. Daneel Olivaw -- a most remarkable robot from Isaac Asimov.

It would have to be Robby. There were others before him like Klatu but Robby was cool.
