No, but because I'm against the death penalty in general, the man is still a terrorist.

Of course, the death penalty is the only suitable punishment for a terrorist who killed so many people.

I agree but the death penalty is never enforced much anyway. So life in prison with no chance at parole.

I would have to know more about him and what happen (like is he mentally stable and does he have any mentally clue what he's doing)... but generally I agree with the option of death penalty for those that mentally can stand trial and have committed mass murders (especially if they planned it out ahead of time).
