I never seen it before but I wouldn't get upset.

Fuzzy Corona

I've never noticed such a thing

I have witnessed a couple of courtesy clerks at some supermarkets who will take their finger and lick it in order to separate the plastic bags that are piled up together.  I sometimes will grab the bag and I can feel the wetness of that person's saliva on the edge of that bag.  I think it is unsanitary and the store manager should warn them from doing this practice.  If one of them has a cold, and the shopper then touches the bag, most likely he/she will catch that cold.

No , those bags are hard to get apart and they are doing me a Service by trying to help me. :)  Everything is packaged in any case , only someone with a case of OCD would really be bothered by this.

I wouldn't say that I get upset, but.....I wince a little on the inside whenever someone licks anything.

Now here comes the jokes

Yes. The plastic bag would have their saliva and it will stink
