If Hillary is indicted, will Biden run for Obama's third term?

Things are getting pretty dicey for Hillary.  They just found more damning emails with material even more sensitive than top secret.  The FBI has it's own reputation to uphold, and if she skates on this - I think there will be some career people squawking to the high heavens about it, demanding justice.

So, if Hilliary is out of it, will the democrats allow socialist Bernie Sanders represent them?  Or, will Joe Biden, run for office?

In my opinion, Hillary will persevere and she will most likely be chosen as the Democratic Party Nominee.

This latest email revelation seems to have been timed to damage Hillary in Iowa and going forward.  I think the incompetent Caudillo has decided to purge her in favor of Biden or Warren.   Maybe if he feels generous, he'll pardon Hillary on his last day "in power" (as he once put it in a Kinsley gaffe of his).

Hill is indicted  case closed she cannot run  they will keep her running to preserve her infrastructure  till the last minute  very last minute so that a newbie takes her infrastructure and just taker her place. If the indictment comes within weeks of the election; I wouldn't put it past Barry to OFFER to run (in a pinch)

I see Bloomie making noise.  If Trump gets too close to winning; He will step in.  He's a Bilderberger.. Bill and Hill are considered outlanders to the NWO. They are in it for themselves.. Perhaps  the VEEP and Pocahontas will step in.

Remember so long as Barry agrees to the indictment he can stall its occurrence until a time of his choosing and then he'll pardon her. She has as much on him as he has on her.

Is there really any possibility -- or any real cause -- for indictment? After reading your question I did a web search and none of the cries for indictment appeared to be coming from unbiased, reputable sources.

The latest phase of this saga was broken on Tuesday, January 19 by Fox News. part of the Murdoch media conglomerate it's hardly the most reliable source, though, of course, it may be accurate. (Even Murdoch will use the truth if it suits him.)

Personally, I think Hilary was a bad choice  for the Democrats and would rate her little chance of winning. Fortunately for them, the GOP seems intent on self-destructing by rallying behind Donald Trump. He's the best friend Hilary has.

Just for the moment the chance of indictment seems more of a beat-up than a realistic expectation. Sure, she was sloppy when she was S.of S, and sure, she lied about it., Fancy that.  A politician who tells lies. Whatever next?

@ Didge:     General Petraeus, who was also "sloppy" with top secret information, WAS indicted.  Of course, he had additionally committed the unpardonable sin of saying uncomplimentary things about the C in C.   Although the comments were not part of the official indictment, they undoubtedly were its real cause, in my opinion.
