That's not a question that can be answered Yes or No, Cowboy. Clearly there was much wisdom in what he said but there was much intolerance and, I think, a great deal of error.

I rather like his rather sententious comment that "if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back". It's nothing but the truth.

But he was a wonderful thinker who had much to tell us. It's a tragedy that he should die relatively young after falling into insanity.

Some of his philosophy I adhere, but some of his philosophy, I don't.

Not really. I agree with some of his works and not others.
