Have you seen people from Cuba and North Korea online?

Why there isn't any people from Cuba and North Korea using the internet? I have never seen anyone from there on any website. The people from other countries like South Sudan, Turkmenistan, Chad, Western Sahara and Central African Republic are also completely absent on the internet.

Not South Sudan, they don't have internet due to the lack of infrastructure.

@ Dan:   And they are not likely to get that infrastructure as long as their Arab overlords in Khartoum continue to enslave the South Sudanese.   That's right, slavery in the 21st century.  Of course they want to keep it quiet.

TheOtherTink, South Sudan got independence from the Muslim majority Sudan. I heard that there are oil reserves in South Sudan. They can make use of it to develop the country.

They'll have to stop their civil war first.  That's where the money from their oil production is going.

Absolute dictatorships have much to hide from their own people, so that is why they restrict access to information from the outside world.

That is why, for example, the former Soviet Union lowered the Iron Curtain over central Europe, to restrict travel and information, to minimize the chances of their people learning of the lies upon which their governing system was based.  Of course in the end, it was doomed, but they clung to power and kept the lies going for as long as they could.   Then the fat lady sang.

NOPE - no one from Cuba and no one from North Korea (or Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, China, Tibet, Japan, and many other countries.)

I think there is a member here in this site from Iran. You can interact with the people from other country you mentioned on social networking sites but it is almost impossible to find even a single person from Cuba and North Korea on the internet.

Chinese people are present in Facebook and Twitter but in low numbers since they have their own version of Facebook Twitter hybrid (Sina Weibo) and Google (Baidu).

I have never seen them on Internet. I found some people from South Corea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Ughanda, Congo etc. Some of them were good and some of them were scammers and fakers.
