One time my WiFi became disengaged and the Customer Service Rep walked me through on how to get it back on. I also had a problem where my Gmail was not coming through but the Customer Service Rep told me exactly what to do in order for my Gmail to return as my Primary mail.

I have called Apple Support for some problems with my Apple TV and with my iPad.

I've never had any problems with my iPad.
No I haven´t but my grandparents has a few times before atleast.
I have a few times and with mixed results.
Hundreds of People were unable to download AVG Antivirus Protection and they all had their own idea's of a solution but none worked for me.
I let AVG Remote assistance take control of my Laptop and within 20 mins , he had fixed the problem and now I have full protection.
Polite , very friendly and efficient , what more could I ask for.
