I think it had funny MOMENTS, but the show itself was not funny to me, no.

In my opinion, "Seinfeld" was boring. I just don't think the show was funny.
Definitely, one of the best. My other favorites are I Love Lucy, The Dick Van Dyke show (actually many more from my childhood). I hardly ever watch any of the current comedy series after one try. Just not funny to me. I also liked Fraser.
