No.. The bible clearly states, in the end times many claiming to be Christ will deceive many with thier works of wonders, including healing the sick and raising the dead. He warns us not to follow them, for their path leads to destruction. Christ clearly tells us how he will return to this earth.. Any other way is a false prophet
