@ Quizzer   that's a very Cynical way of thinking you have there   is that fair you think to those who Flatter or Praise a Person simply because you have provoked that response from them ?

Some have no hidden motive.......they simply react to a Person more freely and to Hell with what anyone thinks.

Good question.  Insincere praise can be used for selfish reasons.  I suppose that is the point of it: selfishness.
