you must have a good metabolism.. you soo lucky!!! but as you get older, its best to watch what you eat and your weight because your body will eventually slow down.
There is a competitive eater on Youtube with the name Matt Stonie and he really eat a lot and still is skinny but not sure how much he excercise in between or what he eat the days he is not doing the food challenges. But his metabolism can also be very high. When he do these challenges he doing it during a shorter time.
I have a Fast Metabolism and as much as I've scoffed this Xmas
I have not put on an ounce.
I think daily exercise will help keep the weight off. Β It also depends on the calorie intake of the foods being consumed.
