Why is UntitedHealth Group pulling out of Obamacare?

They are pulling out because they are losing hundreds of millions of dollars on "Affordable" Health Care, just as the critics correctly predicted, and the Democrat liars like Pelosi, Reid and Obama falsely denied.

Because they're losing money by the bucket load.  Obama KNEW this would happen, but then his intended goal was a 'single payer (the government)' system.  He actually PLANNED to set this thing up such that the insurance companies would take a bath.  Funny thing is, they played along thinking they were gonna rake it in.
