Someone gave me a gift card for a grocery store that I rarely visit. I had $7.98 left on the card after using it today and knew I wouldn't get back there to use the balance, so I gave it to the people behind me in line.

I had a very sweet elderly patient who loved coffee....however, she really disliked "hospital" coffee and wouldn't drink it.... (don't blame her)....there is a Starbucks in the Lobby of the hospital so I went and got her a better cup of coffee.....the look on her face was priceless.
