What I would do wouldn't change the outcome of anything, I would simply try to make someone's last days the best they could have possibly been under the circumstances.

I would change a Crucial moment in my History and probably try to talk to Adolf Hitler  *Interpretor in Toe* assess his Level of Madness and then blow his Brains out when I realized he was Insane.

I'd go back to the 1960's and join the beatles.  Yes the FAB 5 will be famous with all my songs that I could take back for them!  I'd run up to John Lennon and sing, she loves me yeah yeah yeah lol and he'd think wow why didn't i think of that? :)

Mainly, try to keep progress from advancing past the 20th century.  Of course, it wouldn't work, but I wouldn't give up without a fight.
