Have you used Ceramic Saucepans and Frying Pans ?

I am never Buying or using anything but Ceramic Pans again 

Cook Beautifully 

Don't stick 

Washing them is a Breeze , quick wipe round and they are clean enough to hang on display 

Got mine just before Xmas , so glad I did 

Cooking will never be the same again  ........Hallehujah!!!

Of course the real test of ease of cleaning comes when you forget something on the stove and it gets burnt to a crisp. :-)

My daughter gave me two ceramic cast iron fry pans for my birthday last year. They are the BEST things that I've ever cooked on. They are heavy but are super easy to clean and NOTHING sticks to them. I'm definitely going to buy more.

I bought 3 Pans and 2 frying pans , I want Large Casserole Pans , my set is Black , so easily matched.

She cooks a lot and has an entire set of them. I had to reinforce the shelves in her pantry to hold the additional weight of the set. Those freakin' things are HEAVY.

Nope, I've never tried them.  Me and glass-type dishes do not get along well, so I try to stick with non-glass dishes and cookware.
