I have. And although I am not proud of the way I acted, the only thing I can do now is to learn from it and move on.

Many thing and many times, but always regretted it and have apologised but since coming here I've been happier and that made it easier to stay friendlier and nothing and no one will annoy me again...

Yes, all too often, whether online or offline.  The worst thing I do, online or offline, is something extremely bad that I regret every time.  And yet, I can't help myself and keep doing the same thing.  I'll spare you all the details, but it has to do with my addiction problem I have to this thing.  I'll let you figure it out.
