Yep, I always use them if I go to a Chinese or Japanese restaurant. I learned to use them pretty young so I have no problem using them

I´m not so good at using them mostly.

Not the way they're meant to be used.  I can mostly just stab stuff with them.

I know how to use them but nothing can take the place of a knife and fork.
