Is it easier to forgive or forget?

To forgive but I might never forget something which happened depending what it is.

I've struggled with both. In theory I can forgive something, but will always remember it if it is something that bothers me. And since it stays in my mind, did I ever really forgive it? I don't know, it's just another struggle to work though...

Unless we hit our Head , then it's easier to Forgive 

not so easy to Forget , when we're hurt , it leaves Emotional Scars.
