Who do you believe is the most important leader in American history? This doesn't, by the way, mean necessarily the "best" - just the person you believe had the most influence.image

Truman was the one who slaughter millions, no better than Hitler.

You voted for George Washington?
You must be much older than you look :-)

I only just missed him myself, HegeMarie. :)

A tie between Washington and Lincoln, as founder and preserver of the Union.

That Clinton and Obama should be on your list is simply laughable.  :-D

Only 'Captain America' has the super powers and can save US from bad guys.

Captain Marvel was much better than Captain America.  :-)

Viewed from outside the US the most influential leaders appear to be Lincoln and Washington. A few of the 20th century presidents might also make the cut, but history favoured those two.

You've had some great presidents but, boy, have you picked a few lemons. One thing's for sure, if you're silly enough to elect Trump the only way he'll qualify for the "most important: tag will be if he gets into an arm wrestle with Putin and kicks off WWIII. And, don't dismiss that possibility: he really IS that egotistical.

by

The 20th century leader was Reagan, whom others said the same thing you just said about Trump. did that happen? No.  We are already in WWIII.

by

That's nonsense. Reagan was a joke. But if you think we're already in  WW3 it explains how you could be led to think such a thing. Reason will always trump (unfortunate pun) prejudice and conditioning.

Hi, and thank you! I may return to amirite one day, but right now it got a little too much.
I will look you up if I do ;-)
I was unable to write on your wall or send you a private message, but if you go to my profile and click on the star we will be able to write each other again. They made the change resently. I already favorited you.
Hope you and old Franklin D. forgive me for putting this here :-)
by
@ Hege  have you DA'd off Amirite ?

@Serenity yes I left. It is better in here

@  Hege  this is our Little Retreat from that Hell Pit and our Friends know where we are :)

That is good. Most of my friends have an account in here at least, if not an active one:-)
by
@ Hege Many of my Friends do not have an account , they'll just have to Bloody well make one if they miss me  lolz   :P

You're taking a time-out yourself? :-)
by
@ Hege   Yeah

I never announce it , my friends just kind of figure out I'm gone when they see some Cheeky ass comment by Anonymous XD
by
+1
Haha, I guess. But how can you comment when you're deactivated?
I can't do anything on there now..
by
@ Hege   "hmmmm" you tried to , that just means that all these anonymous Users causing Trouble are not UN REGISTERED at all , they are all MEMBERS of AMIRITE because I tried leaving Platinum a message on his post and it told me I had to sign in.

I have left so many Cheeky ass comments on Amirite , they'll know if it's me whether I'm anonymous or not .........I'm unforgettable         hahaha   XD

Yeah, I guess that's true. With McRib, you always know it is him, no matter what name he pick for himself. No comparison btw, haha.
You spoke about the "revolving door" earlier. What's the trick?
I get stopped at the door. Do I have to make a new account if I want to get back one day?
by
@ Hege  no babe

All you do is sign in and then AM will send you an email and you verify it and you're back in , even just to say hello to a Friend.

Your account stays the same , nothing changes at all

I think that's quite a good feature actually because if Dan DA's someone by request , they need to make a New account , which is a Pain in the ass tbh.

Strange. That doesn't work.
I try to log in, and get the message. "wrong password/username".
Then I request a new password, enter my e-mail and get a message saying "New password sent" but no mail in my box :-( Checked spam filter too.

@ Hege  let me know when you want to get back on and I will reactivate and ask James to sort it because CONTACT SUPPORT can take up to 5 days to get back to you.

Dallas had the very same problem and it was quickly fixed. :)

by
Thank you! I will do that :-)
by
@ Hege  Platinum is gonna look into it for you , he's messaging James now :)
by
@ Hege  he said try now and let me know

I tried again. Still no luck, but thanks anyway.
Worst that can happen is that I have to make a new account.
by
@  Hege  I'll have a word , making a New account is a Pain in the ass and
you lose all your PM's :(

Thank you. No rush, maybe I just have to wait. When I deactivated I got a message saying someone on customer service would be in touch, but that it could take up to 5 working days. It was on Friday

@ Hege   Oh yeah I get that every time , just an automated message babe :)
