I like junk food sometimes, but most of the time I'd rather have something healthy
i've had inflammatory bowel symptoms for more than a year now and whenever eat junkfood, and fast food. i get really sick with bad abdominal cramps and even diarrhea
(even just eating 2 fudge cookies the other day gave me bad cramps)
I confess that I prefer junk food.
Something in the middle. I just prefer eating healthy most of the times and sometimes unhealthy.
How about a little of both? All things in moderation.
