Is it our duty to laugh at people who complain about "how slow" things are?

The internet, the microwave, the subway, etc . People who gripe about how slow things are, don't remember how slow things were!

The younger generation can't comprehend what the older generation had to endure.

I remember coming to work, turning on the computer, going to get coffee, finishing coffee, coming back just as the monitor would come on. THEN, you click for the modem to connect, go get another coffee, chat someone up in the hall, go to the bathroom, get another coffee, and the modem would still be trying to connect by the time you sat down.
