Probably corn because it has so many uses. Cornbread and tortilla chips and corn on the cob...it's all good.

... followed by avocado, spinach, potato, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, carrot, cabbage, mushroom, corn, squash, pumpkin - and many more (fennel, artichoke, bell pepper, green and other beens, radish, leek, eggplant, salsify, celery, lettuce, onion, garlic, zucchini, etc. ... By the way, quite a few of these vegetables are fruits, even if they are consumed as vegetables ... image

Lettuce, actually...but not by itself.  It needs some tasty dressing to go with it.
