How much Ice Cream can you eat at a time?

I converted 1 gallon into litres and that would still be a lot icecream for me to eat at one time without feeling sick of it.

Not that much lol. I don't understand how people can eat so much. Whenever I go to an ice cream place, I always have to give the rest that I don't finish to my friend.
