Yes, and it's pissing off the dinosaurs who still scream "RUSSIA" but fail to realize it's China that has the US by the balls.

China is indeed the bigger long-term threat, but more immediately, Russia has the Baltic states and other parts of eastern Europe on edge.

Russia doesn't have the economic strength to be a world power, but it certainly can make trouble, especially in the face of abject weakness by the Atlantic alliance, headed by the Wuss-in-Chief.
