Should court cancel Kesha's contract with producer Dr Luke?

Kesha claims producer Dr Luke has sexually and physically abused her. So, she wants to end her contract with him but the judge denies it.

Yes, cancel the contract. Rape is serious and should not be subject to employment contracts. That puts entertainment miles ahead of a woman's rights.

If that isn't good enough then it is also unlikely that the music will be good or they will be able to work together after this case.

I don't know all the details of the case, but from what I've heard, Kesha is being forced to work with the man who raped her because it would cost his company irreparable harm to cancel the contract.  

To that I say, "Tough shit, bubba.  Shoulda thought of that before you pulled your dick out of your pants."
