I use CCleaner on my Windows laptop and I use CleanMyMac 3 on my Mac laptop :)

Yes, I use CCleaner , SpyBot, Glary Utilities, Malwarebytes Anti-malware, and Hitman Pro. I like things clean and safe.

Since I own an Apple iMac, I don't have to use any computer cleaning utilities.

Not rue.
Trojans, worms, bots, and addware, etc. still very easily infects Macs.
Not all maleware is a virus and even then Macs aren't impervious to those anymore.

Yes, Diskcleanup, defragging.

Sometimes a go to a system restore point a few days earlier if my computer starts running slowly.

CC Cleaner, Hitman, Spybot, MalewareBytes, and Avast!

One is not enough.
