He looks good but you can tell that the burden of the office has aged him prematurely, as it has previous presidents.  He seems more relaxed these days as he looks forward to being a private citizen. I'm sure his trepidation is the remote possibility of Trump becoming president  and the not so remote possibility that Trump will misuse classified briefing data.
