I think it is extremely demeaning, sexist and disrespectful to refer to Secretary Clinton as a "girl".
I think Senator Warren's slur might also be racist, since it is well-known that Senator Warren is Native American and Secretary Clinton is Caucasian.
I think Senator Warren should issue an immediate apology for her insensitive, hurtful characterization of Secretary Clinton.
