We don't have Cable out here but do have a Dish and we have all of those except Cinemax. Never liked it much. Encore is a lot better.
I do subscribe to all of the Premium channels.
We have DTH here in my home but I rarely watch TV and few of the premium channels has been activated. I spend more time with my laptop than TV but I might start watching more TV again since the person who I chat more isn't there for me now.
I only have Starz. Couldn't care less about the others.
