Never heard of him before.  I guess I didn't know when I was well off.  :ermm:

To be honest, rather boring, but that is my personal opinion.

Many great, talented comedians and humourists need (and still need) to work, learn and train very hard, for many years, to be noticed and, eventually, appreciated.

And young people can learn fast.

Marianne, I hope you don't have insomnia.  Have you been up all night?  :unsure:

He has the most subscribers in Youtube, 52 million and it increases daily. Which is higher than the population of Canada and many other countries.

Lol - I went to sleep too early after a very busy day and woke up after five and a half hours. And I didn't feel like sleeping any more. But the night before, I slept for more than 8 hours.

These early nights make me sleepy before time; it is dark before five p.m. - lol. And in the morning, the snow plow engines are a rather regular "wake-up music" around 4.00 a.m. (in case of heavy snow fall even in the middle of the night).

:):D

@Dan

Wow - all the better for him.

I suppose that the sense of humour changed - lol. Don't worry, there's no accounting for taste.

:O:angel::D

@ Marianne:

Wait, they don't allow flushing toilets in apartment houses in Switzerland at 4 a.m., but they DO run the snow plows at that hour?!

That's MUCH worse noise pollution!

I'm shocked, SHOCKED:O :D

@ Dan:

He has over 50 million subscribers?  Hmm... that indeed shows how far we have sunk as a culture. :O

@ Dan:

I don't hate him as a person, I just think his attempts at humor are not funny or entertaining at all, and in fact quite tasteless.  Of course the hate videos are no better; I wouldn't be at all surprised if he concocted them himself. :ermm:

Sorry, I never heard of Fiverr before, but maybe this will help.

But even if they get their account back, it still won't make Pewdiepie funny.  :ermm:

@T(h)ink

As you see, winter can cause worse noise pollution than "flushing the toilet" :D:D:D.

@ Marianne:

I bet the sales of air fresheners must be booming in Switzerland, at least among apartment house dwellers. :D

@Dan

Sorry, Dan, I might lack humour, but I don't find these humourists funny, and I hope that they will not follow a certain category or trend to promoting arrogant, hate-mongering celebrities, whose foul insults tend to support violence, terror and discrimination.

You might have heard of the scandals in France and Belgium around Dieudonné M'bala M'bala, the "inventor" of vulgarities, like the "quenelle":

Don't worry, these times are over - since long.

by

@ Marianne:

I'm relieved to hear that.  The cooking smells can be bad enough in apartment houses, without other odors occurring later at night.  :D

P.S. I knew of one apartment house where a lady, known as "the crazy cat lady", bred and sold Russian Blue cats... she had about 30 in her apartment at any one time... and you could smell them as soon as you reached her floor, even though the door of her apartment was still 10 meters away.  :O

by

Oops - the cooking smells! I remember, long ago, that the cooking of cabbage was rather smelly. But most kitchens have an exhaust hood, and there are windows too ...

I visited often zoos, nature parks, animal shelters and catteries with friends and colleagues, but all, including breeders of cats and/or dogs had/have usually their own houses with a big garden and small numbers of cubs - there was/is no mass breeding, and smells were/are not so strong. And the smelliest were/are dogs - especially when they got/get wet - lol.

Sadly enough, many pets with pedigree are bought from mostly illegal, often foreign breeding factories and smugglers using fake identities, while animal shelters are overfilled with abandoned and lost animals.

That reminds much of human trafficking.
