Angela, I tend to be something of a loner...so for me, relaxation is a bath, a book, a movie. Sometimes I might go onto YouTube; for some reason I love learning about dark matter, quantum field theory, the Mandelbrot set and fractal geometry...you soon become engrossed or else you fall asleep! Or, lately I have been enjoying the zingers from comedian Paul Lynde, when he was on the game show Hollywood Squares.
And may you unwind from your own difficult day in whatever way most natural for you.
Since I'm retired? Every day is about the same except when I have a lot of yard work to do. Sometimes I'll see what's on TCM or just grab my book and lay down and read. Really relaxing. Been reading a couple of older Alistair MacLean books recently. Great books. Just started this one and am already hooked!

I relax by watching Youtube, hearing songs or playing games online.
I relax by going on I'veSolved or Ami rite.
A relaxing bath or shower and, if there was a free moment, a nice break with a book, crosswords, chatting, etc.
Oh, chatting involves both real life and on-line friends (and communities), family and contacts.

@Rooster
Wow are you referring to TCM, i.e. "Turner Classic Movies"?

@ Marianne: Yes I am. My favorite channel.
@Rooster
Lol - we don't receive it any more, but we have enough channels in several languages.
