I never used a web hosting service.
I don't think that I have been using a web hosting service - not for myself, but at work, our IT and Internet specialists were in charge.
But the info looks interesting.

The only web hosting service I have used is GoDaddy, and did not have much trouble with it. However, for a few reasons I was not favourably impressed, either.
