They don't have to.  As in Germany and Britain, the EU Establishment's woes are self-inflicted.

Russia is not interested in Italian elections. I don't know if Russia supports any politician in Italy.

Are they helping the Fascists? It seems someone is trying to dismantle Europe politically at first and then maybe by the military later on. The question I have, is why?

Well, Putin might want to regain at least part of the Russian/Soviet empire, and a weakened and divided Europe would make that less difficult.  He did say he thought the collapse of the Soviet Union was the biggest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century.
