Holy crap! I've not seen this scam before! Maybe the old man has but I never have. They'll try anything nowadays. Hope you get that resolved!
As far as I know, I haven't. Whatever you do don't, I mean don't contact that e-mail back. I suggest contacting someone who works with computers and they can tell you what you can do, in that situation. Along it is a spam, they may do something to your computer, as a result of you opening it, as well.
