Looks that way to me! Pretty lame if you ask me and I hope they have to pay every nickel of that 11 million.
You wouldn't think that things like that would happen in a Yankee state like Ohio. But that College deserves to pay the lawsuit and I bet they appeal too.

I'm sure those lying hypocrites at Oberlin will do everything they can to avoid paying.
But if they do have to pay, no big deal... they'll just increase their tuition.
