He is a conspiracy theorist and occultist, who if he is serious about the material he writes about, is insane, in my opinion.
But I think it is more likely that he is just very clever about making a lot of money by selling books on the subjects he espouses.

I heard about him on Internet. He writes that queen Elysabeth, Obama, masons Illuminati etc. are reptils. It sounds like science fiction or cartoon but some people believe him.
