Sure couldn't do any harm! I think it's about time he started visiting more of our Allies.

I hear that it is going very well from early News reports this morning. Good! Dump Pakistan and solidify our relations with India.

Overall, I think it's a positive visit for both nations.  Time will tell.

International relations is an area where I know nothing, Dan. The ambassador of India to the USA seems quite positive...she mentions Trump's "America First" policy as a hindrance, but not an impossible one. 

My own confidence in the ability of this US President is very low, so I am watching and hoping he does not alienate more countries.
