Okay HERE is my secret, SFA...you take your favourite peanut butter, or almond butter, whatever you like...and into a tiny little sauce dish, you put some chocolate chips...the mini-chips are what I prefer. I usually get Hershey milk chocolate, simply because they are less expensive but if you can splurge for a higher-end brand silky-smooth then YES do that!
Now mix a couple tablespoons nut butter into your chocolate chips, and if you are a lover of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups then you will think you have gone to Heaven! Plus, you get less sugar than the candy bar and fresher too...did you know peanut butter has lots of arginine, the amino acid so important for wound healing? SO it does not take much to convince yourself that this is health food, too (if you care about stuff like that...see Tink's joke from yesterday about the husband who bawled out his wife for feeding him health food when he could have died and gone to heaven 30 years ago!).
