Too many to list! From military flights to civvie flights, I've had a lot of FUBAR situations.

Coming in for a landing on a commercial flight, we were about to touch down (maybe a few hundred feet altitude), when the pilot suddenly gunned the engines, went aloft and started circling the airport again. The pilot got on the PA and explained that a small private plane had wandered onto our landing strip just as we were coming in. :O
