We could still get Dixie Cups like that in the 90s, in small mom-and-pop delis, or from ice cream trucks that would sometimes drive through the neighborhood, ringing bells.

Oh, yes...my father and I would walk to the Red-&-White store up the road and across the railroad tracks, for Dixie cups. I still love orange sherbet, make a knock-off with orange Jell-0, mandarin oranges, and cream cheese, freeze it in solo cups. No wooden spoons now, though, but I do eat it with a special small spoon.
We used to get some ice cream off the ice cream man like that. Sure don't see any of those up here any more.

They still sell icecream with wooden spoons in St.Davids Hall,Cardiff during concert intervals.They sell rapidly.
I hope to be allowed to attend a concert again there again one day.
