So which biscuit(cookie) will you be celebrating with?
About the only cookies I eat are Oreo's or raisin oatmeal cookies.
Oh I am glad to learn of this holiday, even more so because tonight is when I plan to make some of my notorious cookies with oat flour, teff, quinoa, apple and banana, peanut butter and, wait for it...cottage cheese! (Did I already write about these?)
Anyway they are about the same size (and weight) as hockey pucks, but soft chewy and even with only 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to sweeten the whole 14 cookies, oh so good!
Yum!
