It's like that here every election year. They'll be fighting over this for months.

I always make sure my ballot goes right into the box. After that? Not much I can say or do about it.

The U.S.P.S. is crap anyways.

Hi Dan,

The news source for one of the videos is MSNBC, known to carry a hopelessly left-wing bias -- and mail-in ballots are generally believed to favour Joe Biden. The other video makes the point that the carrier who threw the ballots in the trash was not believed to have a political motive.

The point being, that (I am convinced) there are purposeful attempts to keep the working/middle classes in the USA divided against each other; sometimes called packaged anger. Such divisions make us vulnerable as our rights are taken away; we cannot unite to keep our democracy.

So, I would like to see the best investigative journalists from FOX News (generally conservative bias) look into the ballot reports; establish a consensus and then move forward to remedy voting concerns.

Most of all, however, we need to reform our whole political process so that the parties choose candidates that truly represent the base that supports them. The Democratic Party is hopelessly broken in this regard. The Republicans MAY be doing a little better, but not by much.

Tink, something I would like to know if you have looked into -- the reluctance of Trump to concede. There seems to be a great deal of "sore-loser" contumely from the media; however there is a WSJ editorial that puts a different spin. That Trump will fight hard to make certain the election process was accurate not fraudulent, and if that is resolved in Biden's favour then he will concede graciously.

Do you see an unrecognized level of integrity beneath his boorishness and obvious lies/inaccuracies?

Late addn.: I checked FOX News, to see if they had anything published -- and found this, time stamp around 11 AM, EST Saturday morning, "But sources close to President Trump told FOX News he plans to graciously concede and commit to a peaceful transfer of power, if the campaign's legal challenges fail to open up a path for a second term."

Hi Virginia. Given the extended, massive lies the Democrats engaged in for years in the Mueller investigation and the impeachment, I have not the slightest doubt that they would engage in voter fraud in large cities under their political control, such as Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, etc., if they could. And I could easily see it amounting to hundreds of thousands of votes, enough to change the outcome of the election.

It is for this reason there needs to be a thorough audit of the ballots in cities like these. But who would do it? The FBI? I have only slightly more confidence in Wray than in Mueller or Comey.

As for Trump's integrity, I'm not sure how much he may have, but he certainly has been right all along about the 'swamp,' and that's the main reason they hate him so much.

Received Tink, ty...yes, 'the swamp' let down their guard and lost Hillary Clinton, it is feasible they just do not want to take a chance this time on losing Biden

...oh an btw, while you're out there looking for Cincinnatus, do keep in mind that if you run across them I would even settle for Eisenhower right now...or even Adlai Stevenson, of "Who did I think I was, running against George Washington?" ;)

Is that a real Stevenson quote? Funny! :D

I seem to recall reading a Wm F Buckley quote. He once ran for mayor of NYC, and a reporter asked him what he would do if he were elected, Buckley's answer: "Demand a recount." :P

Addition: here is the case Trump is going to make:

I am glad to have watched that video, Tink -- from Mayor Guiliani himself. Another channel I sometimes watch, The Duran, their headline recently was the MSM harassment of Trump to concede; and I was hearing that contemptuous harassment because my classical music station is NPR! ...it's just way over the top.

Being very tired of Trump's antics I was glad at first when Biden took the lead -- then however I listened again to a listing of  Biden's political record...heart sinking. We are in trouble; glad Trump is pursuing the election process, maybe he will contribute to cleaning up elections (ha ha don't hold your breath).

...and I had not known of that comment from Buckley, it is hilarious!

And yes, I don't recall it personally, but that was apparently Stevenson's response to a question about his reaction to his Presidential loss...and then 4 years later, the same reporter asked again, "How now?" ...to which Stevenson responded, "Who did I think I was, running against George Washington twice?"
