Are we having a do-over of 2020? (Do-over)

Question

The first time I posted this question, there were problems with upvoting, because of an "unexpected response from server," so this is a re-try.

The "do-over of 2020" refers to the "happy new year 2020" box at the upper right corner of the screen.

Update: I tried posting an answer to this question, but I got the "unexpected response" again. :-(

Upvoting and answering seem to work normal after removing that Happy Newyear message.

Nope I cannot upvote your Q here, Tink...but I saw on the Internet the computer geeks are working on an "uninstall" for the year 2020.
