Dan it is a Citroen! My friend had that make car in maybe, oh, 1965...otherwise I would never even have heard of it. And now Citroen makes an eight-HP Ami, that can be driven by age 14, at least in the EU...well SOLVED is very educational here, and I liked learning about it!
