Have you ever heard Radio VORW?

Question

I heard Radio VORW yesterday evening. It should be from the USA. Its frequency was 17810 KHz. Reception was excellent. Some stations from the USA have bad reception in shortwave in Serbia. VORW must be a new radio station.
