If you had to pick one: beach or mountains?

Question

Where would you rather live and where would you rather visit?

For me it's hard to say because I like them both so much and they're so close to each other here in Cali

Beach a little more. I would love to have the beaches like they have in Thailand with the white sand and lightblue water.

I love both, but when it comes down to it......I really need to feel the sea

I haven't been to California, but I'll take the Colorado Rockies, or the smokies over a beach any day. And there are lakes on the mountains, so you still get the beach...
